Can you bring bag to Masters?

Yes, you can bring a bag with you to the Masters. However, the Masters have established bag policies to ensure the safety and courtesy of other patrons. All bags are subject to search by Masters staff, and bags that are deemed to be too large or obstructive may be denied.

For the 2021 Masters Tournament, the following bag policy will be in place: all bags must be smaller than 6. 5″ x 6. 5″ x 12″. And bags larger than this will not be permitted. Additionally, visitors are encouraged to leave bags, backpacks, and other large items at home or in a car if they can.

Everyone is encouraged to bring only necessary items as any items deemed to be in violation of the bag policy may not be allowed within the grounds.

What are you allowed to bring into the Masters?

The Masters Tournament has a strict policy when it comes to what guests are allowed to bring into the event. It is important to note that all items must be approved prior to entry. The following items are allowed:

-One bag per person, no larger than 10” X 10” X 12”, which will be inspected by security.

-Personal cameras, cell phones, and handheld video cameras are allowed as long as they do not interfere with play. Professional camera equipment and detachable lens cameras are not allowed.

-Strollers and non-alcoholic beverages in plastic or metal containers.

-Reasonably sized umbrellas are allowed.

– accepted signs on small handheld signs no larger than 18″x 24″

– Wheelchairs and motorized scooters for the disabled

– Authorized sponsors and vendors may bring their specific items into the grounds. (You may refer to the tournament’s website for more information.)

In order to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, any items deemed inappropriate or disruptive by management are not allowed. This includes coolers, weapons, fireworks, containers (glass or metal), animals, professional radios, loud speakers, large bags, and any items that could distract or impede play.

These items will be confiscated by security.

Can I wear Apple Watch to Masters?

Yes, you can wear an Apple Watch to the Masters. However, it’s important to note that the use of mobile phones and other electronic devices is strictly prohibited by the Masters Tournament during all tournament rounds.

This applies to all patrons, including players, caddies, family members, and patrons. In addition, the Masters does not permit any recording or transmitting of audio, video or still pictures by media or patrons in the gallery.

With that being said, you should turn off all notifications and silent your Apple Watch when you arrive at the Masters. There is no need to actually take off the watch as long as you keep it silenced.

Why can’t you bring your phone to the Masters?

Unfortunately, you cannot bring your phone to the Masters golf tournament. This is due to a policy that is in place to prevent people from recording video or taking photographs of the event, which could potentially damage the exclusivity of the tournament.

Furthermore, the use of phones is prohibited during Masters Competition rounds, as it presents a potential distraction to the players. All phones and other electronic devices must be turned off and stored away while in the areas where competition is ongoing.

Finally, cell phones are not allowed in the clubhouse, competition areas and surrounding grounds.

Does Augusta University have a dress code?

Augusta University does not have an explicit dress code, however the institution does have a student code of conduct which dictates a few rules with regards to attire. Augusta University expects all students to dress in an appropriate manner that reflects positively upon the individual and the university.

Hats, hoods, sunglasses and other articles of clothing or accessories that conceal the student’s face or identity are prohibited. Students are also not to display or wear clothing containing vulgar, obscene, or offensive remarks/language or material that is likely to cause a disruption.

In addition, clothing that is overly revealing or gender-inappropriate is not permitted.
