It is difficult to determine whether Wano Luffy can beat any Admiral, as we cannot accurately predict the strength of different characters in a universe that is based on fiction. Katakuri is one of The Three Sweet Commanders of the Big Mom Pirates and has been known to possess immense strength and devil fruit abilities, making him a formidable opponent to anyone who would challenge him.
If a battle between Zoro and Katakuri were to take place, a main factor would be whether or not Zoro had access to either Haki or Kenbunshoku Haki. Katakuri has been known to use Observation Haki in order to predict and counter the attacks of his opponents, making them weaker and easier for him to defeat.

Zoro’s strength in Wano is certainly formidable. He is currently one of the most powerful members of the Straw Hat Pirates, and he has certainly only gotten stronger since arriving in Wano Country. He was able to easily cut through Baird’s ultra steel, and he was able to go toe-to-toe with one of the Emperor Kaido’s right-hand men, Hyogoro, in a battle of sword skills.
Zoro also revealed a powerful technique during his fight with Hyogoro, known as Flying Dragon, which knocked Hyogoro unconscious. He also bested Kawamatsu, one of Kaido’s most trusted allies, in a single blow.
Furthermore, according to the manga, Sanji was taken aback by Zoro’s display of strength and commented that Sanji might actually not be much help in the fight against Kaido. This is testament to Zoro’s immense strength.
All in all, Zoro is definitely one of the strongest characters in the Wano Country arc so far and certainly a force to be reckoned with.
