Beercan Boards is a skateboard manufacturer located in Austin, Texas. The company was founded in 2004 by Todd Jermal and Kristen Fonseca. Jermal was a professional skateboarder from Palmdale, California.
Prior to founding Beercan Boards, he designed and assembled hand-made skateboards using recycled aluminum cans and patented the board design. Fonseca is an American graphic designer who was born and raised in California.
She has a degree in Graphic Design from San Francisco’s Academy of Art University, where she met Jermal. She joined his company to handle the graphic design side of the business. Together, they founded Beercan Boards and have been working together ever since.
