Most boxes I have opened have included the proper amount of nails and I have been very pleased with the product. I did have one box open that was shy 10 nails (two packages of five nails per package).
I contacted customer service and, though they apologized, they did not make it right on their mistake. I would have preferred a refund, as I had to go out and purchase different nails. Otherwise, I would have given the product 4-5 stars.
