I receive and give a lot of social support in my life, both from family and friends. Some examples of social support I give and receive include emotional support, such as listening to someone vent about their day and offering reassurance when they’re going through a difficult time.

I also provide practical support such as advice or assistance when someone needs help with a specific project or task. I frequently receive comfort and thoughtful gestures from friends and family, such as a warm hug or cup of tea when I am feeling down.

Furthermore, I give and receive support from community and cultural organizations, which provide me with a sense of belonging, purpose, and identity. Overall, I am so grateful for the various types of social support I have in my life, as it helps me to feel connected and secure.
