What planet was the Soul Stone found on?

The Soul Stone was found on the planet Vormir, which is located in the unknown regions of space. It is an ancient planet—a world that has been consumed by deep scars of war in the past. It is rumored to be a place of untold power and danger and is guarded by the treacherous Red Skull, who is immortal and is destined to remain the custodian of the Soul Stone forever.

Vormir is a place without hope and promise—travellers should be warned. According to the pirates of Vormir, the only way to retrieve the Soul Stone is to sacrifice something of equal value. Which Infinity Stone was located on Vormir?

The Soul Stone was located on Vormir, an isolated planetoid in a remote section of space. Vormir was connected to the Nexus of all Realities, an endless abyss of energy, matter, and time. It was home to Red Skull, the host of the Soul Stone, and the keeper of the Stone’s knowledge and power.

The planetoid was cloaked in a powerful aura that prevented anyone from entering or leaving, a safeguard to protect the ultimate power of the Stone, which could be harnessed to either create life or take it away.

The difficulty of reaching Vormir fit the Stone’s status as the greatest if all the Infinity Stones, because in order to obtain the Soul Stone, it required a sacrifice greater than all the others. Red Skull was able to explain the power of the Stone, why it was the most powerful, and reveal the location and the necessary sacrifice needed to obtain it.
